Wound Care NP (Wound Care Nurse Practitioner)

Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds in inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include performing advanced wound evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, developing evidence-based care plans, prescribing treatments, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and educating patients and families. The NP will support quality improvement initiatives and documentation standards while practicing in a collaborative, community-focused culture dedicated to compassionate care, professional growth, and improved patient outcomes.
