What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional service to every guest throughout their dining experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and menu offerings.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, host, and management teams to ensure seamless service.
• Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage guest requests efficiently.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Server in a premium, upscale, luxury, or fine dining restaurant.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience within Michelin-starred, luxury hotel, celebrity chef, or high-volume premium dining environments is highly desirable.
