Key Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT methods to deliver precise diagnostic images for clinical evaluation
• Engage with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate accurate diagnostic outcomes
• Skillfully position patients and adjust equipment for enhanced imaging results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
• Maintain thorough documentation, including imaging records and equipment upkeep
• Render compassionate care throughout the imaging experience
• Support a secure, well-organized, and efficient imaging workspace

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography)
• Valid BLS certification or the ability to secure it within three months of employment

Essential Skills

• Thorough understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to varying needs
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable with technology, including PACS, RIS, and state-of-the-art imaging software
