Responsibilities Receive and verify local airline deliveries, ensuring items match invoices and delivery orders. Assist with monthly inventories, monitor stock levels, and report material shortages, excesses, or deviations to the supervisor. Organize airline job requisitions as instructed by warehouse management. Load and unload designated vehicles and perform other operational tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment. Keep products separated, organized, and ensure proper stock rotation. Follow company guidelines for storage and warehousing. Ensure timely preparation of flight equipment and beverages for drivers. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor. Qualifications All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport‑issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in operating sit‑down/stand‑up forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Strong ability to manage a heavy workload and handle physical demands, including lifting, and carrying. Proactive and highly organized. Capable of working independently and within a team. Excellent time management to meet strict deadlines. Skilled in multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on approach with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures. Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
