Work Environment
Our state-of-the-art outpatient office is located in Cape Coral, a vibrant community in Florida known for its beautiful scenery and active lifestyle. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, allowing you to engage with patients in a comfortable setting. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a predictable schedule that promotes work-life balance. This full-time position requires you to work onsite, fully immersing yourself in the therapeutic process with patients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations to formulate individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to enhance motion, mobility, and overall strength.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to address patients’ specific orthopedic conditions.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and provide them with strategies to manage pain and prevent future injuries.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and modifications to treatment in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The patient demographic at our clinic primarily includes adults experiencing musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. Your expertise will be valuable in guiding these patients through their rehabilitation journeys, offering them essential support and strategies for recovery. Qualifications
- A Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, ensuring you meet all legal and professional standards.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, particularly in the orthopedic specialty, demonstrating your capacity to manage and treat a variety of conditions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
In recognition of your experience and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
