Work Environment

Our state-of-the-art outpatient office is located in Cape Coral, a vibrant community in Florida known for its beautiful scenery and active lifestyle. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a predictable schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations to formulate individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to enhance motion, mobility, and overall strength.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to address patients’ specific orthopedic conditions.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and provide them with strategies to manage pain and prevent future injuries.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and modifications to treatment in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

The patient demographic at our clinic primarily includes adults experiencing musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, ensuring you meet all legal and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your experience and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
