Position - Production Assistant Job Location - Ripon, WI Starting Date - Immediate Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (6:00am - 4:30pm) Starting Pay - $18.00 Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 1 year of experience Responsibilities

• Testing Parts (water and pressure checks)
• putting flanges and couplings on parts
• Accurately read all types of measuring equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience with ERP systems
• Fabrication/ welding experience is a plus
• Blue print reading
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers
