Physical Therapist (Inpatient)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (negotiable), with one weekend required per month.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide inpatient care, including evaluations, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions to improve the physical health and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to achieve patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient care.
• South Carolina Physical Therapist License or Multi-State Compact License.
• BLS certification required.
• First-time travelers accepted with prior inpatient experience.
