YWCA Evanston/North Shore is seeking a Residential and Crisis Support Specialist to provide on‑site shelter operations, crisis line support, and trauma‑informed care. The role covers day, evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. Responsibilities include welcoming residents, safety planning, documentation in Salesforce, and collaboration with the team to improve services.
