Collections Analyst

As a key member of the BILL Collections team, the full-time Associate Collections Analyst will drive operational and strategic initiatives by managing the complete collections lifecycle, performing account-level reviews, and executing plans to maximize revenue recovery in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Manage the collections lifecycle for BILL's products, focusing on effective client outreach strategies Perform account-level reviews to identify opportunities for revenue recovery Collaborate with team members to optimize collection processes and meet financial goals Required qualifications 0 - 2 years of direct collections experience, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or financial services Proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships
