Applicant Services Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Applicant Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will review and process benefit applications, verify supporting documentation, calculate benefits, research participant records, and assist applicants by phone and written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process applications and supporting documents
• Verify eligibility and benefit information
• Calculate and recalculate benefits as needed
• Research records and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with applicants regarding application status and requirements
• Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting productivity and accuracy standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Benefits administration, pension administration, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
