Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and setting therapeutic goals with individual clients, couples, and families to develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of issues, including:

    • Alcohol abuse
    • \n
    • Physical and psychological abuse
    • \n
    • Grief and loss
    • \n
    • Family conflicts and communication barriers

    • Separation, divorce, and adjustment challenges

    • Work-related stress

    • Health-related issues

  • Facilitating therapeutic sessions that may involve working with clients both together and individually, ensuring a holistic approach to family dynamics.

  • Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations.

  • Participating in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and improve therapeutic practices.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a broad client demographic, including adults and children/adolescents facing various challenges. Special attention will be given to family systems, helping to enhance communication and resolve conflicts within familial relationships. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

  • A nonjudgmental, empathetic approach towards clients’ experiences and struggles.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in working with blended families, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Additionally, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to engage and support our client population effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
