AVL Integration Project Manager

Wave AVL is a design-build audio, video, and lighting integration company creating innovative AVL environments for churches, commercial spaces, entertainment, education, and sporting venues. We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This role leads AVL integration projects from contract handoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ownership and accountability matter. Essential Functions Lead AVL integration projects from kickoff through completion Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and documentation Coordinate labor, logistics, procurement, and installation timelines Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Review drawings, manage change orders, and support project execution in the field Conduct site visits to verify readiness, progress, and alignment with project scope Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail Support ongoing improvement of project management systems and workflows Support additional project or team needs as required Qualifications 2+ years of Project Management, operational leadership, or related experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, schedules, and project documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software Experience with ClickUp, ACC Build, Odoo, or similar platforms preferred Experience in AVL integration, construction, low‑voltage, or related technical industries preferred Ability to travel 30–60% as required by project needs Alignment with company values, culture, and team‑first mindset Success Metrics Deliver projects on time and within budget Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Ensure installation teams are informed, prepared, and set up for success Minimize project rework through proactive planning and communicationI Maintain accurate project documentation and forecasting Identify and resolve project risks before escalation Improve internal systems and project workflows over time Consistently contribute to a positive, solutions‑oriented team culture Work Location Remote, with travel 30-60% of the time Salary Range $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr WAVE
