Salary Range : Open Work Setup : Remote Shift Schedule : Night Shift Location : Candidates must reside in the Philippines The Role We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer with strong Java and React/Next.js experience to join our team as a key technical contributor. The candidate will work closely with the US-based leadership and product team and will help ensure high-quality execution across a distributed engineering team. You will have strong ownership of your work, influence over technical decisions, and the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful product development. Your Responsibilities Hands-On Development Build and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred) Develop modern frontend features using React and Next.js Take ownership of features from planning through release Contribute to bug fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements Code Quality & Best Practices Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards Help ensure code is clean, maintainable, and production-ready Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions Technical Contribution Contribute to system design and architectural decisions Help improve consistency, scalability, and reliability of the platform Work closely with leadership on technical direction when needed Collaboration Work directly with US-based leadership and product team (with overlapping hours) Collaborate with a distributed engineering team to ensure smooth delivery Communicate clearly around progress, blockers, and solutions What We're Looking For Ideally should possess at least 6 years of full stack development experience Strong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar) Strong frontend experience with React and Next.js Experience building and maintaining production applications Experience working in distributed or remote teams Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Comfortable taking ownership and working independently Actively uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in daily work Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, debugging, and code quality Interested in applying AI to real-world engineering challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
