Production Designer Graphic Designer

What Youll Do

• Design and produce assets across print digital and in-restaurant channels: signage mailers postcards retail materials email and social
• Support multiple brands each with its own visual identity guidelines and voice
• Build layouts mechanicals resizes and campaign versioning across formats and channels
• Bring ideas to the table: suggest layout improvements elevate existing templates and help refine how the brands show up
• Produce email assets in Figma and adapt them for a templated email platform
• Prepare production-ready files with correct bleeds color profiles image resolution and preflight standards
• Partner closely with the creative director copywriters marketers and external vendors to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
• Maintain consistency across brand systems templates and production standards
• Organize large volumes of creative assets across

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• 47 years of experience in production design and graphic design ideally within an agency in-house creative team or brand environment
• A portfolio that shows both production precision and strong design craft
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop plus strong Figma skills
• Strong layout typography and visual instincts with the confidence to propose ideas not just execute them
• Solid understanding of print production digital asset preparation and file management
• Experience working across multiple brands or sub-brands is a strong plus
• Restaurant hospitality food beverage or retail experience is a strong plus
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support creative and production workflows
• Clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset
