Our organization is looking for a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at our office located in Farmington, Maine.
The ideal candidate will become part of a vibrant team that includes two physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APP), all supported by exceptional staff. Our Primary Care services encompass a range of offerings such as physical examinations, women's health assessments, sick visits, well-child check-ups, school and sports physicals, and the management of chronic health issues. We provide on-site blood work and lab services, while inpatient care is managed at Franklin Hospital. The call schedule is 1:6, and providers may occasionally visit nursing homes. This position also presents opportunities for teaching nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical students from the University of New England's UNECOM program and Tufts University Medical School.
Qualifications:
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of a Family/Internal Medicine Residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine.
Experience in Family/Internal Medicine is preferred but not mandatory.

We are a designated National Health Service Corps site , allowing primary care physicians to access additional competitive loan repayment programs through NHSC. We also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
Compensation packages may include, depending on eligibility, recruitment bonuses, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, and quality incentives.
The annual base salary for this role is $257,500.
