About the Position

Job Title: Pediatric RN Ambulatory Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatric Neuro Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of ambulatory care experience License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Client experience Epilepsy experience Cerebral Palsy experience Movement disorders experience Neuromuscular experience Autism experience Experience with chronic and complex conditions Description: Position involves providing care to pediatric patients in an ambulatory setting. Requires triaging and managing patient messaging and communication via phone and patient portal. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and modifying care plans for specific patient assignments. Must be proficient in using electronic medical records and documenting in a clear, complete, and concise manner. Experience with neuro and epilepsy conditions is a plus. No weekends or call required. Ongoing care coordination between clinic visits is essential. Must communicate effectively with families, healthcare team members, and other agencies involved in patient care.
