Cardiology Specialist

Diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic, and long-term cardiac health issues. Adept at recognizing abnormalities and following established protocols, providing appropriate services and treatments or referring patients to other disciplines and services as necessary. Enhance patient awareness by providing clear, supportive education on preventive care, medical conditions, and the proper use of prescribed treatments. Extensive knowledge of cardiology principles, techniques, and practices, as well as current trends and developments in the field. Informed of the latest research and incorporate relevant findings into clinical practice. Organizes, leads, and participates in quality improvement projects related to hospital operations. Engages in continuing education to maintain and enhance professional knowledge. Responsible for evaluating findings and making technical recommendations independently, considered an expert in the field. Able to provide care and/or services appropriate to the age of patients being served, and which is appropriate to the cognitive; emotional, chronological maturation of the patient.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
