Food and Beverage Server (Seasonal) – Mountain View Country Club
Join our prestigious private golf club as a Seasonal Food and Beverage Server, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our members and guests in a refined and welcoming environment. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a memorable club experience during the busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with club standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events and daily service
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and club policies
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
