We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support mission-critical business applications within a federal government environment. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of enterprise applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Administer, maintain, and support business-critical applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.

·      Perform system configuration, upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.

·      Monitor application health, performance metrics, logs, and system availability.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, integrations, user access, and performance.

·      Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls.

·      Optimize system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.

·      Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for business applications.

·      Configure and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations within Jira and Confluence.

·      Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

·      Apply security updates and ensure applications remain compliant with organizational standards.

·      Participate in change management activities and support system implementation initiatives.

Core Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

·      3+ years of experience administering enterprise business applications.

·      Hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following platforms: iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.

·      Experience with application configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.

·      Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

·      Experience monitoring system performance and implementing performance improvements.

·      Understanding of networking fundamentals, application security, and system integration concepts.

·      Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and business stakeholders.

·      U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Active Public Trust clearance, preferably with the Department of Justice.

·      Experience administering iManage document management systems.

·      Experience developing or maintaining Jira workflows, automations, and custom configurations.

·      Familiarity with ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks.

·      Experience supporting cloud-based or hybrid application environments.

·      Experience supporting federal government customers or regulated environments.

·      Prior experience with application integrations and business process automation.
