No designs unless working Pediatric areas. T-shirt, short or long sleeved, may be worn under SCRUB top. T-shirt must be red/black/gray/white solid color only. No hoodies or fleece jackets. Scrub jackets are fine.COVID Vaccine Requirements: COVID/BOOSTER Vaccination is required unless medical/religious exemption is applicable.Flu vaccination required.GSA is not guaranteed the week of orientation or when unit is closed.
