We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Raw Material Associate to join a dynamic laboratory team in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment. This entry-to-mid-level role offers an exciting opportunity to perform critical raw material testing, manage sample logistics, and support life-changing bio-manufacturing operations.

responsibilities:

• Sample, request, and coordinate raw material shipments for domestic and international internal and external testing labs.
• Perform QC analytical testing and inspection methods, including pH, conductivity, TruScan RM spectroscopy, appearance, and dimensional verification.
• Execute raw material and consumable component inspections, product retain reviews, and material releases.
• Log samples and input test results accurately using LabVantage (LIMS).
• Maintain cleanroom gowning standards, aseptic techniques, and strict adherence to cGMP documentation and Data Integrity guidelines.
• Manage laboratory supply inventories, ensure routine lab upkeep, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience with a BS, or 3+ years of experience in a GMP QC laboratory setting.
• Demonstrated aptitude and strong ability to learn new laboratory techniques quickly.
• Solid understanding of GxP regulations, Good Documentation Practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proactive, safety-minded, and collaborative team-oriented approach.
