No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to build a successful career. Many of our top-performing sales professionals came from hospitality, restaurant, retail, customer service, bartending, and other people-focused industries.

• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, and protection products
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions
• Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Stay informed on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
• Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
