We are seeking an experienced 5‑Axis CNC Production Operator to join our team and play a critical role in producing high‑precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and hands‑on experience operating advanced CNC machinery. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor 5‑axis CNC machines to manufacture precision parts to specification Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for each job Load, edit, and verify CNC programs as needed Perform in‑process and final quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently Collaborate closely with engineers, programmers, and team members to improve processes and outcomes Qualifications Proven experience operating 5‑axis CNC machines in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Experience with quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zimmermann 5‑axis CNC machines (strongly preferred) Familiarity with CAD/CAM software Background in precision machining, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries Benefits Our benefits programs are designed to support the health and well‑being of our employees.
