12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with varying schedules that include working every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients during labor and delivery while ensuring the safety and comfort of both the mother and newborn. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients during labor and delivery. Provide support and education to expectant mothers and their families. Administer medications and interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid RN license in the state of practice. Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
