Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and specialty drinks

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and meals, based on their preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to health and safety standards

- Manage cash register operations and process transactions accurately

- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with state and licensing regulations

- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience

- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and techniques to enhance service quality

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

- Proven experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role 2-5yr minimum with references

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and health & safety standards

- Skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
