School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Bushnell, Florida

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education teams to foster student success
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop individualized speech and language plans
• Maintain accurate records of services and progress notes
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences as needed
