Teller - I-70 & Tower

Position Overview As a Full‑Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Aurora, CO at the I‑70 & Tower branch. Responsibilities Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a teller role. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00 (salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience and education). This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
