About The Role As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting both administrative and clinical operations. Key responsibilities include: Create a Warm Environment: Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards. Program Expertise: Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients. Administrative Excellence: Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally. Document Management: Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records. Clinic Upkeep: Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated, dependable team player who is passionate about health and wellness and lives a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate brings: Customer Service Skills: Customer service experience (preferred, but not required). Medical Experience: Familiarity with a medical setting (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!). Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required). Enthusiasm for Learning: Eagerness to develop new skills in the medical field, with comprehensive training provided in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
