Position Highlights Care Team Model Diverse case mix with no trauma, burns, or transplants. Call schedule of 1:14 with a post-call day off. Shift-based compensation model with expected annual compensation of $489,000+ and opportunities for additional earnings. Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually. Generous sign-on/commencement bonus. 10 weeks of paid time off. Annual CME allowance of $7,500.
