Family Medicine Opportunity
Join the Primary Care team at an independent critical access hospital in southwest Iowa, about an hour from Omaha and Lincoln. This traditional, full-scope rural practice offers a 4-day work week, moderate patient volume, and an established patient base. Join a dedicated group of experienced providers while enjoying a great lifestyle and strong compensation.
The Opportunity
- Traditional family medicine with outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding and ER call coverage
- Reasonable volume of 14-16 patients per day
- 4-day work week, 6+ weeks of PTO
- Home-based call with an on-site call room available
- Support to build a special-interest clinic, if desired
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary plus quality incentives and call pay
- Total earnings to $350,000+
- $120,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation and student loan incentives
- PSLF-eligible employer
