Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU/PCU Float

Location: Silverdale, WA
Weekly Pay:  $2,470.00 ($68.61/hr effective rate)
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week

We are seeking an experienced  ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a assignment in Silverdale, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for critical care nurses looking for competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and the chance to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill ICU and PCU patients.
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with complex medical conditions.
• Titrate vasoactive drips, sedation, paralytics, and other ICU medications.
• Care for patients requiring CRRT, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, IABP, Arctic Sun, and post-cardiac interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Float to ICU, PCU, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, or ED Holds as needed based on patient care demands.
• Accurately document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Active Washington RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to float between units
• Team-oriented and adaptable attitude
