- $10,000 sign-on bonus (eligible)
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p schedule - no nights, weekends, or call

- Collaborate across specialties (therapy, rehab, occupational medicine) to manage cases efficiently
- Partner with practice leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, financial awareness, and patient satisfaction goals
- Foster a professional, safe, and collaborative clinic environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, employers, and payers
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- DEA and dispensing license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Board certified or board eligible (ABMS/AOA) preferred
- Eligible for Medicare participation
- FMCSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain; training provided)
