Vault/Warehouse Associate (Hiring Bonus $1,000)

Bonus:

Fiserv is now offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for Shoreview production hires, paid in increments at 3 and 6 months. Applications must be submitted between June 1 and June 30, 2026.

About your role:

Fiserv delivers technology and services that help clients move money and manage payments securely and efficiently. The Warehouse team supports Plastic production by managing inbound materials, staging components for manufacturing, and ensuring timely outbound shipments. As a Warehouse Associate, you will learn inventory entry, material staging, and forklift operation to keep production running and orders delivered accurately.

What you will do:

• Enter inventory into the computer

• Pick and stage materials for customer orders

• Ensure customer orders are shipped on time

• Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving

• Inspect inventory, deliveries, and shipments for damage

• Complete assigned warehouse tasks

Experience you’ll need to have:

• Experience using a computer for data entry

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Ability to perform basic math for order picking

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.​

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience working in a warehouse or production environment

• 1+ years of Inventory and Order Picking experience

• Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).

How you’ll work:

• You will work an assigned schedule of: 1st shift Mon-Tue 6:30a-2:30p Sat-Sun 5a-5p or 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2:30p-10:30p

• Compensation for this role is $20.00h

• Eligible to earn shift differential pay when working second shift or weekend day schedules.

• This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

• This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.

Salary Range

$20 - $22

These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
