We are proactively building a network of skilled Accounts Payable Specialists to support our growing finance operations. As an AP Specialist in our pipeline, you will be the gatekeeper of our vendor relationships and cash outflows, ensuring that every invoice is coded, approved, and paid with absolute accuracy.

education: High School Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Match, batch, and code high-volume vendor invoices using 3-way matching principles.
- Disbursements: Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, researching and resolving statement discrepancies or payment delays.
- Month-End Close: Assist the accounting team with AP accruals, reconciliations, and aging report analysis.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate W-9 records and assist with year-end 1099 processing.
- Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
- Purchase Orders (3 years of experience is required)
- Coding/Batching (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)
- Vendor Management (3 years of experience is required)
- Disbursements/Check Runs (3 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 3 years
