You will interact with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders to support AS9100/ISO compliance. Onsite — Monday–Friday, first shift (approximately 5:00am–1:30pm).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamConduct examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components at various production stages to ensure compliance with standardsPerform visual and mechanical inspections of assemblies, soldered connections, and piece partsUse gauges, calipers, micrometers, filler gauges, torque checks, and other test equipment to verify dimensional and functional conformityPrepare and complete documentation reporting acceptance or rejection of inspected/tested itemsParticipate in analysis of process statistical data to confirm compliance or identify deviationsConduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions; engage with auditors to support compliance activitiesIdentify and report design, process, or other inefficiencies and quality concernsPerform first article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 when requiredHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role2+ years relevant inspection/quality experience (2–5 years typical)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and sketchesHands-on experience using gauges, calipers, torque tools, lead partition gauges, filler gauges, and micrometersExperience with ISO 9001 and aerospace quality standards such as AS9100Experience performing first article inspections (AS9102)Comfortable engaging with auditors to support AS9100/ISO complianceVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field; Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalentProficient computer skills and ability to follow established job instructions with minimal supervisionHere's What Else Might Help You OutCertification or training in Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T per ASME Y14.5)Formal ISO 9001, AS9100, or AS9102 certificationsPay Range$22.40 - $28.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
