Otolaryngology physician employment in New York : Looking for a ENT physician to join our client in northern New York State. This practice is expanding to meet community needs, as they have recently built a new 61 million-dollar hospital. This included new operating room suites, emergency department, a 10-bed intensive care unit/20-bed progressive care unit and a med/surg patient pavilion. They also added a new dedicated cancer center and a new hospital wing for women and children. Come join and help build a great ENT service.

Hospital Employee . 1:4 Call Ratio. $500-550K Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time available. Retirement plan provided. Single specaility group, employed by the hospital with guaranteed annual salary and an uncapped WRVU productivity model.. Signing Bonus and Loan Repayment available.. $3,000 CME/annual & 5 paid days for CME . Plan to develop group of four ENT surgeons with broad scope of ENT interests. Call 1:4 . Additional full benefit program to include health insurance, pension plan, 29 days of paid time off and 40l-K options, etc..
