Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with respect and empathy Answer phone calls in a timely and consistent manner Manage email inboxes and provide online chat support Create jobs, estimates, and quotes for customers Develop and maintain knowledge of product information and pricing Communicate effectively with our Dispatch team and Locksmith technicians Transfer calls when necessary and provide the highest quality of customer service

ON SITE POSITION
