As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who provide high-quality care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility is conveniently located near local hospitals, offering immediate access to specialists and emergency care when needed.

About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Role:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications
Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment plans
Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of New York
Prior experience preferred, new graduates welcome!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
