In this position, you will deliver exceptional care to patients before and after their procedures. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients. Administer medications as prescribed. Monitor patients' recovery progress. Provide education to patients and their families regarding care and procedures. Coordinate the admissions and discharges of patients. Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in a pre/post-operative setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
