Job Description
Telemetry Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule:
- Shift: 1900-0730 (19:00 - 07:30)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in telemetry nursing
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care based on individual needs.
- Implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate care to clinical staff as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality nursing standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
