This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, product integrity, and timely distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What You’ll DoSort and organize products based on assigned delivery routes to ensure accurate order fulfillmentSupport timely loading and staging of shipments for distributionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environmentHandle products with care to minimize damage and ensure quality standards are metCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth operationsFollow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all timesAssist with offloading trucks and placing products in designated storage areasWork Environment & Physical Requirements:This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods, as well as lift and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, including a refrigerated area maintained at approximately 36°F, as well as indoor and outdoor conditions.
