Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to understand their unique mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that specify measurable goals. \n
- Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy through virtual means, ensuring that you adapt your approach to meet the developmental needs of younger clients. \n
- Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans based on client response and feedback. \n
- Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care, integrating academic and personal support strategies. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention for students experiencing high-stress situations or emotional disturbances, ensuring safety and emotional stability. \n
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, while adhering to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments, research findings, and best practices within the field of social work and mental health to enhance the quality of care provided. \n
In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment challenges related to life transitions. Your empathy, cultural competence, and understanding will be instrumental in fostering a safe environment where students feel valued and understood, encouraging them to share their concerns openly.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and active license to practice clinical social work (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- Demonstrable experience in providing mental health therapy, preferably in a school or youth-focused setting. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with students, families, and school staff. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively. \n
- Capable of demonstrating sensitivity and discretion when managing confidential client information. \n

- Previous experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for virtual therapy delivery. \n
- Knowledge of school-based behavioral interventions and educational policies influencing mental health. \n
- Certification in specialized therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is a plus. \n
This position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
