The Co-op Bar and Grill is looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. This position may include working as a Grill Cook, Fry Cook, or a combination of both, depending on experience and staffing needs. Job Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently - Operate the grill and/or fryer during assigned shifts - Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation standards - Read kitchen tickets and prepare orders according to customer requests - Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared correctly and on time - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area - Follow proper food handling and food safety procedures - Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned - Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift - Assist with food prep when needed - Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and other kitchen staff - Work efficiently during busy meal periods - Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
