LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative/Dispatch in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This is an on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced dispatch/customer service environment where you’ll spend 100% of your time on the computer and phone. The Customer Service Representative/Dispatch will handle inbound calls, dispatch coordination and accurate data entry while communicating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate dispatch operations and communication
• Perform data entry and update information accurately
• Manage customer service and logistics communication
• Maintain email correspondence and internal coordination
• Work 100% on the computer and phone during the shift

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on a computer and phone 100% of the time
• Ability to handle pressure during busy/high-pressure periods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Prior dispatch experience

• Compensation: $22 – $25 hourly
