Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer needed for our Buda, TX auction! The ability to be outside in all weather conditions and on your feet most of the time is required for the success of this role. Identify damage, wear, and condition discrepancies using established guidelines. Ensure reports meet quality standards and client requirements. Collaborate with inspection teams to clarify findings and maintain report accuracy. Complete 20-30 vehicle condition reports daily in a fast-paced environment. Submit timely, professional reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, and valuation activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer: Full-time Monday – Friday

8:00AM – 4:00PM

Requirements Required Skills/Abilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Some automotive inspection, repair or related automotive experience is preferred. Strong written communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to accurately review vehicle inspections, photos, and condition reports. Comfortable using reporting software, digital tools, and inspection systems. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a good driving record. High school diploma or GED required. Must pass pre-employment screening.
