Maintenance Building Technician

Qualified individual should have 2 years of general construction experience in addition to having HVAC and electrical craft experience. Individual must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods in addition to ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks. Also, must have a valid driver's license with the ability to drive company vehicles.

A Maintenance Building Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.
