The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in both administrative and clinical tasks. This role plays an essential part in maintaining clinic flow and delivering exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:Assist providers with patient examinations and proceduresTake and record vital signs, patient history, and medical informationPrepare exam rooms and sterilize instrumentsAdminister medications and injections as directed by providersPerform EKGs, labs, and other diagnostic tests (as applicable)Support care coordination based on provider instructionsAdministrative Duties:Schedule appointments and manage patient flowVerify insurance and patient informationMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systemsHandle patient communication, follow-ups, and call triageManage medication refills and prior authorization requests (if needed)QualificationsCurrent Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credentialHigh school diploma or equivalentCPR/BLS certification xhyhwjd (preferred or required depending on state)Prior experience in a medical or behavioral health clinic preferredStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with EMR/EHR systems is a plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
