Quick Facts: Location: Hobbs, NM (5419 North Lovington Highway) Start Date: 09/05/2026 Duration: Ongoing through at least January 2027 Shift: Inpatient and Outpatient, Clinic & Call (24-hr beeper call) Hours/Week: Flexible based on shifts, 10–20 shifts per month Employment Type: Contract (W-2) License/Certs: Active NM medical license, DEA, BLS, BC in OB-GYN Experience: Prior OB-GYN experience required, comfort working independently Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (all-inclusive; rate submitted during bidding) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable) Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient and outpatient OB-GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum management Work independently, managing approximately 40 deliveries per month Participate in 24-hour call rotation, with clinic hours on weekdays Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a low-volume, supportive environment Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams as needed Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols What You Need: Active medical license in New Mexico Board Certification in OB-GYN DEA certification BLS certification At least 2+ years of OB-GYN practice experience, comfortable practicing independently Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecology, and patient management About the Assignment: Join a reputable facility in Hobbs, NM, offering a low-volume, independently practiced OB-GYN role with a manageable workload and supportive team.
