Seeking a freelance Art Supervisor with a strong background in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing to manage multiple projects remotely, ensuring the creative development of integrated campaigns aligns with brand strategy and regulatory requirements while mentoring Art Directors and Designers. Key responsibilities Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met Lead projects from concept through final production, contributing to ideation, execution, and art direction while maintaining exceptional creative quality Develop integrated campaigns and visual experiences that connect tactical execution to broader business objectives and audience engagement goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of advertising agency experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, art direction, and integrated campaign development across various channels Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and design principles Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review processes
