Starting wage: $33.00-$36.00, based on experience

Shift Differential: $2.00 for PM and NOC shifts

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and Part-time AM and PM Registered Nurses to join our team! Shifts: AM, PM, NOC available

The Registered Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Supervising CNAs

• Medication administration

• Wound and treatment care

• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure

• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review

• Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors’ orders

Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy

• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents

• CPR Certified

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Must work every other weekend
